Deployment of self-service check-in kiosks

Royal Air Maroc embarked on a very ambitious development program that puts the customer at the forefront of the company’s strategy and takes service to the next level. The deployment of 20 self-service check-in kiosks at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca, which took place over the summer, testifies to the airline’s commitment to increased customer satisfaction.

Over the last few months, EASIER has been working very closely with Royal Air Maroc teams and the Moroccan Airports Authority to deploy a customized IER CUSS solution that allows the airline to smoothly and effectively process a maximum number of passengers within a limited footprint. The equipment selected, the latest-generation IER 919 CUSS solution, is a completely integrated self-service system that offers unsurpassed processing speed and provides travelers with a comfortable and smooth airport experience.

Royal Air Maroc was also looking for advanced customer services to ensure the high availability of this equipment. EASIER has played an instrumental role in this project from the auditing and consulting stage to delivery and on-site maintenance. The full solution provided included project management, a feasibility study for the kiosk installation, customization of the kiosks to match the Royal Air Maroc brand guidelines and colors, installation, configuration, training, proactive monitoring and on-site maintenance.

“We are proud to have been selected as a partner by Royal Air Maroc to enhance their passengers’ experience at the airport,” said Jean-Luc Rauline, IER. This contract with Royal Air Maroc positions EASIER as a major CUSS supplier in Northern Africa.”

The partnership with Royal Air Maroc doesn’t stop there. In order to provide a consistent level of service, the airline will continue to deploy more IER 919 kiosks in more Moroccan airports over the course of 2017. EASIER also delivered 20 IER 400 printers to Royal Air Maroc and Royal Air Maroc Handling.
