In collaboration with CIRRUS / MAUREVAS, EASIER was chosen in 2017 by Air Serbia for the implementation of its Check-in CUSS self-service application at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade.
More than 10 CUSS kiosks were equipped, allowing the passengers with the option to check in for a flight, select or change their seat, and obtain a boarding pass for same-day departures on different flights.
Nowadays, Air Serbia airline company continues to place its trust in the know-how and expertise of EASIER, and concludes a new contract of 5 years, for the new Check-in and Booking mobile applications.
Through an intuitive navigation in the airline company’s colors, these applications will allow passengers to carry out the various stages of check-in, but also, to book one or more flights, thanks to their phones. The combination of these three applications will significantly reduce the waiting time, improving the overall passenger experience.
