Paris Aeroport is a long-standing EASIER customer with IER 919 self-service check-in kiosks deployed in both Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle Terminals since 2013.

 

Last April, in addition to its existing installed base of IER 919 kiosks, Paris Aéroport took delivery of 63 check-in CUSS kiosks for the new Orly airport junction terminal linking West and South terminals.

 

Paris Aeroport needed to effectively and smoothly process a maximum number of passengers within a limited footprint. The IER 919, inherits from EASIER extensive experience on airline and airport market, featuring the latest generation CUSS solution with a completely integrated self-service hardware. Its revolutionary design and ergonomics, optimized equipment options and capabilities provide passengers with a full range of services, from check-in, to tagging, and sales of ancillary services to name a few. In addition to its standard functions, the IER 919 is designed to include additional features and is equipped with a full-page passport reader and chip-and-pin EMW or NFC payment. This provides passengers opportunities to upgrade their travel experience like requesting seat upgrades, in-flight snacks, additional baggage allowance…

 

With more than 280 IER 919 Common Use Self-Service kiosks deployed in Paris Charles de Gaulle & Orly airports, Paris Aeroport is able to take the self-service experience to the next level, providing passengers with a full range of services, from check-in to tagging, boarding and ancillary services and chip-and-pin EMW or NFC payment for Air France.
